1. Where do you get the boots from,and how about the quality?
admin: We get them from the OEM factory for UGG in China,and they are the same as the boots sold in UGG store.

2. What i have to do if i want to buy the boots?

3. How about your shipping,and how much for the shipping?
admin: We usually use EMS to send them,and we will use other shipping if there is not EMS in your country,the shipping is free of charge.

4. When will you send the boots? How long does it take to get here?
admin: We will send them out in 1-2 days,and you can get them in 5-7 days if you are in USA or CANADA,and it will be 6-8 days if you are in EUROPE. After examining the payment , we will email you to confirm your address and boots.If there is no problem, we will send you boots as soon as possible. 5. What can I do if there are some problems with the boots?
admin: You can resend them to us,and we will send one new boots to you.
